Who We Are

Skyworks Group Ltd supplies audiovisual and connectivity products to hotels. Our head office is in Hong Kong, and our Doha office handles enquiries in Qatar; both addresses are on our Contact page.

What We Collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive what you type into the form: your name and email address, and, if you add them, your company, property, number of rooms, the brand you are interested in and your message.

If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send and the details that come with it, such as your email address or phone number.

We do not ask for payment details or any sensitive personal information through this website.

How We Use It

We use your details to answer your enquiry, to prepare quotations and specifications, and to follow up on a project you have discussed with us.

We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Who Else Handles It

Our website is hosted by Netlify, which also receives and stores the enquiry form. Our email runs on Google Workspace. Both act on our instructions and may store data outside Hong Kong, including in the United States.

Where it is needed to prepare a quotation or supply an order you ask for, we may share the relevant details with the manufacturer or logistics partner involved, and only what that task requires.

We may also disclose details where the law requires it.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any project that follows, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. We then delete them.

Your Rights

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you and ask us to correct it.

If you are in Qatar, you also have the rights set out in Law No. 13 of 2016 on Personal Data Privacy Protection, including the right to object to processing and to ask us to delete your data.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies. It runs no analytics, advertising or social media trackers, and it stores nothing in your browser.

Pages are delivered by Netlify and photographs by Sanity's image service. Like any web server, they receive your IP address and browser details in order to deliver the page, and may keep them briefly in their logs.

If we ever add analytics or anything else that uses cookies, we will update this section before it goes live and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Keeping It Secure

The website is served over an encrypted connection, and enquiries are stored in accounts only our team can open. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send anything confidential through the form.

Changes to This Notice

If we change this notice, we will publish the new version here with a new date at the top.
